The QUIKRETE Companies, the leading producer of packaged concrete, is seeking a highly motivated individual for an Administrative Assistant position at our Fremont, CA location.

  • Candidate must be willing to cross-train in other office jobs. 
  • Pleasant disposition a must! Computer experience required (excel, word, etc)
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ office experience.
  •  High school diploma required, Associates Degree preferred.

Responsibilities include:

  • Customer service
  • Taking and entering orders
  • Calling in store appointments
  • Filing
  • Assisting managers and sales representatives
  • Meet deadlines
  • Follow plant procedure and guidelines
  • Various general office duties
